Samuel established SL BUILDERS PTE LTD in late 2009, from scratch, with the vision that contractors should be regarded as professional and respected. From the beginnings of his career as a site engineer in M/s Tiong Seng (S) Contractors, where he received a very practical and hands-on approach to building something, Samuel had to go through further challenging projects to equip himself with the necessary skills of construction project management. He would eventually go on to be involved in further more challanging projects such as MBS Hotel Tower construction, ION Residential Tower, Pinnacle @ Duxton, A&A to Singapore Conference Hall, Changi Wastewater Treatment Plant, etc. Not one to rest on his laurels, Samuel vision for continuous improvement and enhancement of skills is also being passed down to his staff and team. Believing strongly that construction is very much a blend of 'engineering & art', and with his knowledge and project management skills, Samuel hopes to eventually grow SL BUILDERS into an established name in the near future.
